Grounded is a beautiful word describing a way of being in touch with the earth, in touch with oneself, centered, present. It can also relate to the magnetic nature of our bodies and the earth, in fact every living being has a field of some description. 

Have you ever thought about that? We know the human body has a magnetic energy field around it, you can think what you like, maybe you are not aware but there is a massive amount of scientific evidence (if that’s what you need) to show this. The chakras are a thing! 

There is also a huge amount of scientific evidence that the earth also has a magnetic field moving around and through and this changes over time. So what is grounding? It’s a way to connect into the earth’s magnetic energy, heal, charge and be present. Some walk on the earth with barefeet very slowly as a form of meditation.

It is actually simple, throw those plastic shoes off thwarting the connection and watch this video, simple, free and if you haven’t done this much before you may notice some positive changes/charges!
